Copyright, Publication and Use of Materials in the Stax Digital Repositories

Materials digitized for these repositories are held in the various collections of the University Library, University of Nebraska at Omaha. Access to, and use of, the items in the repositories is subject to the copyright and usage restrictions listed for each individual item.

In most cases, items in the repositories can be freely used for academic research and/or instruction if appropriate citation or attribution to the Stax Digital Repositories as source is provided. Individual items may be linked to from other web sites using the item's permanent url which appears at the bottom of item records. The typical form of the permanent url is:
